Dune London has grown in leaps and bounds over the last 20 years to more than 200 stores globally selling high quality mens and ladies footwear. With more than 48% of all website views and more than a thirdĀ of revenue originating from mobile devicesĀ each month their mobile site was in dire need of rejuvenation to maximise sales and meet their consumers expectations. After establishing internal stakeholder expectations I set out to define the problems the current mobile site faced. The result of our analysis, user research, design and testing has led to a fresh new site design that improves the customers journey.
